Yes it is, since a New one would be at least $350.00 + $110.00 Shipping + possible crating charge.
Then there is 100.00 Labor to install and $100.00 for a New Seal.
Of course if you are buying a good price is $50.00, and if selling $150.00 !

I have sold a lot of used windshields and have sold them for $100.00 and as of right now I do not have any 63's left but even at $150.00 is a good price, you will not find a perfect used one so if for a driver you are way a head get a used one they can be installed by yourself to save money, last two I sold were 63's cut down to fit the 64 and it was very easy to cut the little that needed to be cut to fit, 64-66 are getting hard to come by used.Candbstudebakers

Does anyone have a cheatsheat on how we can tell what a windshield fits. I know i have several, when I put them away I thought there is no need to mark them as I will remember, but guess what, my memory is such that I am not positive any longer. A cheatsheat with measurements on it would probably be a good thing to have.Milt

unclemiltie-I know what you mean about the memory part! I usually mark my glass w/a Sharpie. I've parted numerous Lark sedans & wagons & I always told myself one of these days I need to MEASURE the windshields just to know the difference from a '63 to a '64 if my markings dissappear. Rob in PA.
