An interesting little side note is this streamer tag I took a photo of on a Skytop car in South Bend.

    1960 Larkvertible V8
    1958 Provincial wagon
    1953 Commander coupe

No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

I know that car, StudeBob. It's a '63 Daytona HT (as you can tell from the body tag) that belongs to Ben Rew of Jacksonville, Fl. He and his wife are both great folks, and he runs a paint and body shop. He repaints his Daytona every few years or so. He let me drive the Skytop at a show once. (Too bad the top was closed, though!) It's got a 259 built to R1 specs. He kept telling me to "Drop in in Low and MASH it already!" I didn't argue with him.
