  • Congratulations Neil Thornton and family!

Thumbing through my new Hemmings Classic Car which came in the mail today, enjoyed a Lark on the cover, and seeing Bob Palma's article about the '59 Chevy crashed with a current Malibu just for the sake of crashing it (and BTW I agree with Bob totally)--and got near the back and saw the S.D.C. ad with Neil Thornton, his daughter, and his grandson standing near an early Lark and a mention of them being three generations of a Studebaker family! Great pic and great ad!

'Congrats indeed, Neil. (Like you, I haven't seen my copy, believe it or not, but I'll take Bill's word on it that it is well-done.)

      Cool beans. BP

Yep! The cat's out of the bag. It's the 2013 SDC ad campaign with the theme...
        Studebakers Are Great.
        Studebaker People Are The Greatest!

Others ads in the series (featuring some other forum members) will appear in a variety of publications through the year.
