  • Not going to be a scary movie, but my 64 R1 is in a movie that was made last year in NJ. Eventually the movie will get acquired by one of the HBO, Showtime or Netflix groups. The movie is title...Miranda's Victim.... about the Miranda law and the story behind it. My 64 R1 is in the opening scene and in a few driving shots.

      • "Traffic With the Devil" is a b&w 1946 docudrama about cars and drivers in Los Angeles. Lots of neat old cars including several Studes.

            • I watched the new Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny movie earlier this week and noticed a 1963 Studebaker car on the street in NYC. It is after Sai picks Indiana off and they are stopping at Sai’s house, the scene is at the first part of the movie. Maybe 1/4 of the way in.

              • Just got home from watching (the long but pretty much excellent) Killers of the Flower Moon.
Near the beginning, after a silent movie footage and a text board saying that at the time Osage County, OK, had the largest concentration of Pierce Arrows, they cut to color footage of native Americans buying cars in front of a white building with STUDEBAKER painted in red.
                I’d call that a two-fer!

How much did you cost you to have the production company utilize your car??
