  • Gulf Station with 47 Studebaker Business Coupe (Photo)

Here's a really nice old photo of a 47 Studebaker Business Coupe (I think I'm right) at a Gulf Station. I saw this on one of the Facebook pages I subscribe to. Source: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=1&theater

That sucker oughta' really fly, John; it's being filled with high-octane Gulf No-Nox!
      Woo-hoo! BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

      Ayn Rand:
"You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality."

      G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.

        Great photo! Great little Studebaker!
When's the last time you had three attendants serve you at a filling station!

Now that's a cool pic, the car loox fast even standing still!

& the owner probably doesn't have the seat in its forward position either...

Which one of the three dragged that hose across the shiny new paint rather than asking the owner to move over to the other side!!?!

At least the hoses back then were long enough to reach the other side ... not anymore.
