With '57 or latter fins. Studebaker managment sure missed the boat by not having a top of the line convertible as their showroom draw during the late fifties.

How do they keep the doors closed? Would there be weights up front like a lark droptop? Leave it to the French.

Appears to be a very clean conversion in any case; possibly some some obscure French coachbuilder(?) I wonder if it still survives.

I have a pic from a movie of a -55 Studebaker convertible (I have borrowed it from google) that's had a crash with a 2cv & it's driven by a chauffeur & it's a elderly couple in the backseat & the driver has the door open but you can't see if it's got higher thresholds or some other strengtheners made.
That car does not have fins & is only dark-colored on the lower half of the front until almost the door-end, following the "swoop".
Probably the same car but you never know, the French & Italians were good at customizing in those days.
