T.0. says, just remove the appropiate screws from the glove box lid hinges. Put the dispensor in place and reinstall screws. He says it's a simple installation?

When I saw the title it peaked my curiosity, in the Air Force, T.O. stands for Tech Order, or Technical Order and they had them for every piece of equipment you can imagine. If you were caught working on an aircraft without the TO opened to the page for for the task you were doing it was big trouble for you. I like this T.O. much better, I'd like to borrow him for under dash tasks too!
