1940 Champions have a lot of room in the back seat. I've hauled all kinds of stuff with mine.

They cheated with the 9x12 rug. They rolled it up so it was just 6"x9.

Chris; That car does not have a back seat. it has a floor pan used in the coupes that allows for the spare tire to be mounted horizontally (like the coupe). When you open the trunk lid it is open all the way to the back of the front seat. It could also be ordered with a single utility seat for the driver only to allow for yet more loading space. Like the coupe delivery they were very low production and only two are known to have survived and both unfortunately are street rods.
