I thought I would share the good news and the not so good news..[}

Also to let Anne and Leonard...they are not alone....though my issues
are minor compared to theirs.
On the positive side, the brakes work, just great now....course this
was after finding the fittings to be leaking the brake fluid and 1 line
bursting while on a test drive. We have a new sending unit, for the
gas....along with a "semi" new gauge cluster from "JDP" and now
everything works, including the temp gauge. After installing the 2nd
new fuel pump, from Studeparts.com in Phoenix...we were able to start
it up and ran like a "Champ"[
] excuse the verabge....for about 15 min,
then it just died [xx(]....again...The guys took the pump off did a bench
test...had vacuum....took the old pump...bench tested and had a vacuum,
but no vacuum in the line[?] Our next best guess is, that it is an "gizmo"
inside with the cam, that works with the fuel pump, that has broken
Other than that, just another day at "Tumbleweed Flats" [8D]
