  • Avanti door trim chrome strips

    Does anyone have any chrome strips that go above the carpet on the interior door panels for sale? Does anyone know where to get them? Thank always for you help.

      i couldn't find any back in '09 when i was working on my avanti.

      i ended up "making" some that were close to pics i found of the originals...

                I don't think SI has any. You may have lucked out and gotten one out of Ed's private stash. I have a NOS set here for a current project. I picked them up at Avanti Motors during the Blake bankruptcy.

                          Note: these are the Avanti II style, 3/4" wide, used from 73-83. Not correct for 63-72 though the OP did not specify what year he is looking for.
