I hear standard transmissions in the videos. Are they Studebaker 4 speeds or have they been transplanted? Just love a stick shift. I don't mean to be dumb but I gather that they are all Studebaker. Motor,Trans, etc....

Quite a few non Studebaker powered cars participated. Mine is a 327 Chev and Chev T10 4 speed.

As Dick mentioned, his has a 327 Chevy. The red roadster had a 454 Chevy. I also seem to recall the the red '53/54 C/K was running NOS through a Chevy motor also. There were also a number a Brand X's (with more arriving as I left around 7:00), but most of the Stude's were R series cars (some auto and some stick). With the exception of the M series trucks, the only other 3 speed vehicle I remember was the poor Packard (who ran more passes than anyone).

Also that pretty (and fast []) yellow Lark was running a very hot small block Chevy. One of those red Lark Convertibles had an LT1. Bob Peterson's Avanti II had the stock 300 HP, 327 in it.

OK so then does one make motor mounts to bolt up to the existing frame or do you put a front clip out of something else to put a SBC in?
