        It appears to be a rolling frame that fits a '53 and up C&K body along with the built engine and a 5 speed tranny. Might have been nice if he had taken an extra 2 minutes and shot a couple of pictures of the entire setup.

                There is A LOT of money in that motor...and it probably makes almost as much HP as a $5,000 crate ZZ383.



                It is a Stude, however, and works for those that want to stay all Studebaker.

                OTOH, buying a home built, used, expensive motor is certainly rolling the dice.

                  There is A LOT of money in that motor...and it probably makes almost as much HP as a $5,000 crate ZZ383.



                  It is a Stude, however, and works for those that want to stay all Studebaker.

                  OTOH, buying a home built, used, expensive motor is certainly rolling the dice.

                            Yeah, might be right, better knock it off. Besides I want to do my own work(my own buildup with my own ideas), if it is within my own talent, even if it is laborious . The sad part is I have seen him on Ebay before. He's in my own backyard(shoo Sycamore), but he's not part of our chapter I don't think.
