    Wow! Great commentary!

    Tight, concise, insightful. Good stuff.

Lost in all our analysis about the cars and the company is usually the dynamic created by the unions. I know that my area of specialty (American Motors) is also rife with stories about the notoriously difficult negotiations with the unions in the 1960s and early 1970s.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

          Bruce,

You totally get it. You totally understand why I continually promote the iTunes channel. The iPod is a great way to get this content and enjoy it while you're doing something else you also enjoy. I have a friend who downloads these podcasts and listens to them while she's taking long drives. It's one of the best compliments I could ever receive.

          Thanks for sharing! ----Todd Ruel

            Warren,

Thanks for the kind words. I've never felt that history had to be a boring recitation of facts and statistics. Find a passionate guest and some vintage content, and you can create some really interesting material.

If you haven't done so already, check out the podcast I did with Stu Chapman. It's called "All-Canadian Car." It's similar to the style of interview I did with Richard Quinn.
