In the past I have had trouble posting pictures due to size. Can anyone give me some sugestions? I have a project near completion that I want to share.

Maybe I'm just lucky but, the software in this forum server, as well as that in photobucket, have automatically sized the photo files to enable photos to be imbedded directly from my camera.

Yes, you should be able to directly upload (to any board but Stove Huggers) and have it hosted here and displayed as a clickable thumbnail. While convenience, I still prefer the Photobucket method that allows me to embed full-size pix in my posts.

I'm with Clark on this one. I dump mine in P-Bucket for a few reasons~
          • folks don't have to be 'logged in' to see the pics I post
          • they have an editing feature for easy resizing and such
          • it's easier to find them when I am not on my home 'puter

I'm sure there are more- but this early in the morning- that's all I've got!!!

            Also, self hosting...
            -doesn't use up forum bandwith.
-you can post unlimited pics on Stove Huggers.
-non forum members can view the pics
