  • EEK a Spider

Can anyone enlarge the inside front cover picture from the March 2012 issue of Turning Wheels enough to see if that is indeed a spider on the fender. It is just above the Mademoiselle script and below the trim strip.

I'm sure it would be photoshopped out these days. It looks like a big one......

Okay, Jon, you made me look. There is something on the trunk also. It's a big old building with lots of stuff flying around.

The one on the trunk looks like a hornet possible.

I just thought it was a star dotting the "i" in "Mademoiselle".

It already is enlarged on page 11, and it looks like a housefly to me.

I forgot about that enlarged pic and now I'm even more convinced that it's a star dotting the "i".

I just looked at the enlarged pic, and I don't think that's a part of the script. It would be gold. It looks like a black smudge or something.

No way they would allow a smudge to remain on that car for the photoshoot. It's got to be a bug. We need a closer look than page 11.

I have tried several times to get a clear scan of the pics, but the higher resolution I use, the more blurry the images become, due to the print of the mag.

                  Here's my next-to-last attempt.

Don't think it's a spider... maybe a horsefly, or cricket?:

Well, did anyone see the "mouse" under the center of the car behind the front wheel near the leading edge of the door? Take a close look. It's there.
