I used to regularly attend Reedsvile and enjoyed it and bought a lot of parts and a Studebaker (1964 Cruiser) there. I have stopped going because of the time of year that it is held. About the last three or four trips, the trip down was good, but there was ice and/or snow on the return trip. I guess that it is okay if you are coming from the south and not the north/northeast. If the weather is bad, use 209 between I80 and I84, instead of I81. I81 goes through mountains and Route 209 follows a river so it is mostly flat. The weather might be like it is here today - heavy wet snow.
