Is Matt coming out to pick up the wagon?

This whole thing sounds like cool beans man {is that back in style-cool beans?}lol

Good deal both of you guys. Matt for funding the rescue and JDP for helping him out. I like it.

One thing I'll admit to, I change my mind a lot. I'm too anxious to get this car in my driveway, so I'll be calling Peg Trucking Monday morning to see how soon she can have it shipped. I'll just go to York in March to offset missing Reedsville.

I really want to replace that fuel pump Matt, it's squirting out in a stream and I fear running it more than a few seconds. I found what looks like a NOS pump in my stash that I can sell you for $50 installed. You can than rebuild the old pump as a spare if the housing is any good. Let me know, just hate to have a fire. I'll load the back up with stainless, just pay me something if you sell any of it.

JP, message me your paypal address and I'll shoot you the $50. Go ahead and stick that NOS pump on there.

I think I need to have this made into a window decal.

I have spent some time with Matt.

He knows this is good advice.

              Fire is good, if controlled.

              Not so much, if not.

We can settle up after you get the car, I might try for driveway brakes if I get the leak stopped, but nothing costing major money. If we can do that, you'll save the extra $100 or so for a inop haul.

Hey Matthew, while we were talking on the phone, I had lost my internet connection. Now that I have it back, I watched JDP's video again. In addition to the tail light chrome, I can now see that the two NOS tail light assemblies I have in my parts are exactly like the ones on that wagon. I'll keep digging and see what else I can come up with.

From one of the many marvels of the 80's television creations comes the Penny Cartoon. Ahhh. Good Ol' Saturday mornings...

John if you can make it stop for a couple bucks, go for it. I'm already planning a total brake system rebuild.

I can't tell you how happy watching videos like that make me. Love seeing cars come back to life after a long sit. Thanks for posting!

The original model for the coppertone girl was the cartoon artist daughter. Her name was Cheri Brand. The newest model for the coppertone baby is Alexis Durgee.

Here is the link to the wiki article

                            You could name her Penny, Cheri, Alexis, or even Brandi {a combo of Cheri's first and last name}
Penny is great, I just thought I would throw in some coppertone girl history...since we all know Wiki is never wrong.

Might also be a good idea to renew the fuel system to cope with the Ethanol Gas you're stuck with in the US. All the best with Goldie.

I've got that little black dog out in the yard. You can have him if you want him. His name is "Smut Puppy"
