I have a copy of Morrison's book. The title is HANDBOOK for MANUFACTURING ENTREPRENEURS. The publisher was Western Reserve Press, Inc. of Cleveland, OH. The date of publication is December, 1973. It's long out of print but can usually be found on Amazon.com through one of its partnered resellers.
