Somebody lost their very nice collection in a garage fire. It physically hurts me to look at them I can't imagine how the owners feel:

What's even worse is, I am wondering if maybe they weren't insured? Usually in a situation like this the Ins. Co. pays and hauls off the salvage, which I think would be preferable in a case where there's nothing savable. Being that they still have the cars, it makes me afraid they weren't.....

OUCH. And three years out in the open in northern Indiana has pretty well finished off anything that might have been salvageable. BP

BTW: Did anyone catch the story during the recent Texas fire of a car collector that lost about 150 cars, I think? Story made mention that one was a M-series pickup.
