Wow! THAT is a great 47! Dual exhaust on the flathead, shorter lighter body, twin carbs--they had the money at the time to build a 'halo' car, and could have outshot Corvette and Kaiser Darrin by years even without the fibreglass.....Comment

It has been a long time since I thought about that car.
I remember Bob Bourke talking about the car.
Keep in mind that this was a private car build, not a Studebaker build.
It would be nice if they could spell Raymond Loewy correctly.Gary L.
