Reading the Lamberti papers is a real insight into just how bad things were at the end. Seeing the numbers of cars and trucks produced I wonder how they were able to pay employees, vendors and even utilities. Does anyone know how much Studebaker sold each car and truck to the dealer for? What did it cost them to build it?
