My question is, is this a grill (fire under food) or a BBQ pit (fire offset from food) or a clever hybrid?
Should I imagine steaks, burgers and dogs, or pork shoulders, ribs and brisket?

I like my NEBRASKA beef medium rare and NO sauces. Good meat well grilled doesn't need sauce. Great work Lazyman, keep us posted!

Moves around with a towbar, sets up as a trailer. Drop the 2 quick release pins, push the towbar under the car, unplug the pigtail for the lights, open up the car and waa-laa, now you rcooking with gasssssss!
