If anyone knows of 63 or 64 Avanti in serious need of restoration let me know. Must be automatic and within reasonable distance of Richmond Va. I set out last Fall to find a 63 or 64, or a 87 or later model, and ended up with an 89 that needed nothing. Would like to have a 63 or 64 as a winter project car. Ken Deltaville, Va.

How big a project? Price range? I know of one in Florida- was in turning Wheels, then Craigslist, owner negotiable -R2 A/T P/S. Mechanical done but needs lots of interior and paint work. Was down to $9500 best offer. He is not on-line. depends on his wife to send photos etc.
