Fun Sightings In Hillsboro,Ohio

I went in to Hillsboro today to do some shopping, In the hi 30s and sunny today. Surprised me when I saw a 51 ford Business coupe that looked like new coming thru town. That brightened my day, BUT the big surprise was coming back thru town ,I met a Black Lark 2 door (not sure of year,but about a 60) that also was a real good looker, I"m not sure what brought them out, but sure made my day to see them out on the road. It is always cool to spot another collector car on the road.
Today I met a Delorean coming down the road. I never realized how low to the road they were. I did some research: 44.9 inches tall.

Yes,Gary ,It was cool! Neat part is I go to most shows around here and I have never seen either vehicle at the shows. I know of nothing going on to bring them out other than a sunny day. It just shows you don't know how much you might make someone"s day by driving your ride.

Take the Packard out

I know me for one would love to see a Packard out on the highway. When I was little my parents owned a 53 Hudson Jet and a 55 Packard 4 dr. . It was white with a gold top and gold fender skirts. The Hudson was Light green,with a dark green roof and had the radio antenna in the front middle of the roof and would turn down from inside to go in a garage or low area. Enjoy your Christmas party!
