A couple of weeks ago I tried to use their web site to order a production order and could get the site to work correctly. I called and the woman who answered the phone took my order and could not have been any more helpful. So if the email or Internet doesn't work for you I'd suggest calling and enjoy some genuine costumer service.Comment
