Could you post a picture of the C Cab dash cap with the hole cut in it for the wiper switch.

I plan to put one on my 49 and need to see what it looks like so I can decide whether to cut a hole or move the switch.

All others are welcome to post their solutions as well. All ideas are welcome.

Hey Jon. I'd be more than happy to, but my cab is pretty much gutted inside and I don't have any old pictures showing the interior.

Here's Tim Stevens' truck. I know he doesn't have the wiper switch on top, though..

It looks like the majority of the bulk rests below the top of the dash. Do I have to cut out for the dash light?

Also, I have a split windshield. Is it going to fit properly around that?

It'll fit with the split windshield. The inside windshield reveal moulding will hold it in place on the top, and you'll have to drill some holes to fasten down the lower edge of the cap.

I think the reproduction caps aren't cut out for the dash light, but there is an "outline" there to use if you do want to cut it out.
