  • 1938 Commander Video

Made a short clip while riding in George K.'s 1938 Commander State Sedan. Never been restored, all original, only the fenders have been repainted (years ago) and the engine was replaced with a Big Six short block in the '70's. Sorry, no sound. Yes, they're pretty crummy, but still pretty cool. Not everyday you get to ride in a 38 Commander that all original!

Matthew Burnette, the 16 year old Stude nut. Hazlehurst, Georgia
63 Daytona HT (project, OHV 6 engine, soon to have dual exhaust)
51 2R16 dump truck (yes, I won the raffle)
52 Commander Starliner (basket case)(will trade for another Stude <g&gt
MANY more Studes in the family and a few parts cars.
Click my name and check out "Links".

Well Matt, that was a short, but enjoyable ride. I see that he has the same air conditioning as my 47' M5.
