  • STUDEBAKER MECHANIC ON DUTY

I HAVE COME ACROSS A METAL TIN SIGN "STUDEBAKER MECHANIC ON DUTY"
MEASURES 12" X 18" BLUE SIGN WITH WHITE LETTERS. CAN ANYONE VERIFY WEATHER OR NOT IT IS AN ORIGINAL OR REPO SIGN. FOUND IT IN A SHED I KNOW IT IS ATLEAST 20 YEARS OLD.THANKS

It's gotta be a repop/cutesy sorta thing. Unless some old garage made a big deal about some Studebaker specialist in house.
There ARE such signs being offered thru vendors today. It's something you'd hang in your shop for decor.[:X]

It depends. If it is enameled it would be a reproduction. If it is porcelainized it would no doubt be an original.
