I have a 53 Champion hardtop, and it is black. What is the best type car cover to protect my baby?

I have used this company in the past....no problems
It is sorta hit and miss.....maybe some of the others
can share their recommendation.....stay away from the
cheap ones.

I tried calling the company mentioned above and talked with "The Car Cover Lady." They have a listing for "1953 Champion or Commander." But does this mean the sedan or the coupe? The Car Cover Lady asked someone else in the office, who said their pattern was for the sedan models. I sort of doubt this, as there would be much more call at this point in time for coupe covers. But I hesitate to order one in case it actually was cut for the sedan. So, I don't have any further ideas. All the other web sites I tried didn't have any listings at all as far back as 1953.

DO NOT buy one of the ones on ebay. The ones supposedly for Studebakers. Hah! I put one on a car outside and in less than 3 whole months, it reduced itself to grey powder!!![}][8]
Miscreant adrift in

1960 Larkvertible V8
1958 Provincial wagon
1953 Commander coupe
No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

The one that I got from carcover.com was well fitted
for "Charlene" my 1953 sedan......no complaints!
Probably want one that is high in UV ray protection
and moisture barrier.
