    Anyone ever buy from this vendor?

    I found a company on eBay that sells NOS Studebaker and Packard parts...Packard Specialties in Montana.
    Has anyone done business with them? Any comments (feel free to PM me),
    (I know nothing about them...I'm just surprised they don't advertise in TW).

    I am pretty sure you are referring to Mike Dotson who was the big E-Bay Stude. Parts seller ATR, he now is ATR-SP and calls himself Packard Specialties, he seems to be just selling off the big NOS stock he bought in Tacoma, WA and most of the Stude. stuff has tapered off, now he's into the actual Packard parts. He has very nice parts and I am sure most of us have bought from him on E-Bay, but no other way. When it's gone, he'll be back to Chevies again.

      I bought a nice set of hubcaps from him a year or two ago, and also a NOS cover kit for my console on my GT Hawk. Nice items, well packed, reasonably priced. Not much Stude stuff coming from him anymore

          With all the scams out there, I figure it never hurts to ask before sending money.

          BTW: He does seem to have some nice stuff at good prices.

              None better out there on ebay. I have acquired MANY '55-56 Packard parts form ATR Montana. He communicates very well, ships promptly, and the one time I did have a problem with a used carburetor, it was quickly taken care of.
