  • Wedgewood blue hawks

I once owned a 1957 Silver Hawk 6 that was wedgewood blue (it was my first Studebaker). I sold it to a guy in New Mexico about 12 years ago because I needed the money for college and I haven't seen it since. If anyone has seen one like it in New Mexico or Texas I'd like to hear about it.

But anyway, I was also wondering if anyone else has a wedgewood blue hawk. I've seen one or two pictures of 1957 vehicles with wedgwood blue and white, but I have never seen another all wedgewood blue hawk. Does anyone else have one? It's an odd color in a way, but I found it really grew on me over the years.

Other than color, that '57 Silver Hawk six is rare in and of itself. There were 4163 coupes and 120 hardtops.

Here's a picture of my wedgewood blue hawk, in case no-one has ever seen one in that color. If this picture doesn't work you can see it also at http://different-by-design.blogspot.com.

NOPE! STILL CAN'T ADD PICURES! WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS SYNTAX????? I've tried with brackets, no brackets...can ANYONE tell me how this is supposed to work?? Nothing I do works and the picture IS on a website.

Scott, here is the correct way:

The difference being that in your post, you pasted the image URL between the html code [img and /img]. There must ALSO be a ] bracket after the first img, and a [ bracket at the start of the second /img. Thus, you were just missing a couple of brackets.

Thanks, Bob. I am confused, though, because I tried it exactly as you said I should, WITH the brackets in place, and the image URL in between, but when that didn't work I got rid of the brackets. SO I couldn't make it work even the correct way. [V] I have a feeling that after one puts a picture in, one has to back all the way out of the thread and go back in to see the image displayed.
