I was out driving this morning along a highway that has many car dealers on it. There has been an empty building along this stretch that had an Avanti sign on it. Well, today when I went by the building the lot was full of Avantis
] It's now a real honest to goodness Avanti dealer. There are about 10 used Avantis, the oldest being an '81 complete with the Studebaker Avanti hood ornament. The rest are late 80's, including a couple of sharp convertibles. They also have several brand new Avantis for sale. It's odd seeing a window sticker on a new Avanti. I don't know if these are US or Mexico built, it didn't say on the sticker. The price on a new 2007 Avanti convertible? $83,000. [8D] By the way, the dealer is located on Ga Hwy 54 in Morrow, GA.
