  • Emblem ID

When I bought my 56 wagon it had a unidentified emblem attached to the pass side of my front grill. It is 5 inches in dia. a black 4 inch circle inside with with a 1/8 chrome ring and the outer 1/2 inch of the emblem done in a pearl like chrome. It has a V from top to bottom. Can anyone identify this for me. I can not find it in any book. My car is a 6 cyl 2 door wagon. I tried to attach a picture but could not figure out how to get it on here. any help will be appreciated. I'm thinking local club,v-8 id, national club etc. Thanks

        That'd be off a 1959 Buick.

        Here's one on Ebay:

I'm not surey why, but when I saw that emblem I KNEW it came off a Buick. Must've been stuck way back in my memory somewhere
