    Painted the Hawk today .

    2 coats of sealer

    4 coats of color

    3 coats of clear.

Here's the sealer going on. We started shooting about 10:30 AM and finished at 7 PM [xx(]

    Sealed...ready for color.

    Color going on.

    Base coats completed.

With the 3 coats of clear. This is "as shot". The orange peal will be gone after we cut and buff it.

Here's 3 short (30 second) videos of the clear being applied...

A looooong day, but great results. I'm stoked!

Looking good, Dick. I hope I can see the finished product when I make my annual pilgrimage to Portland.

My goal is to have it reassembled by the first of April...so it should be done when you are in town next (with any luck )
