  • New Aluminum Radiator

After searching the entire internet for an aluminum radiator I finally found one that works and looks halfway descent. This one is for a cj-7 with a 350. It has 2 1" rows and was made in the USA so hopefully it works as good as it looks.

You can also use a 1978 280Z radiator. Autozone has them for $156.00.

Looks like a '64 lark type I think. A very nicely done one at that![^][]

Was almost certain it was a lark. And could this be a Griffen Or Walker radiator?

I got in from a radiator shop in Alabama, it was $250. Yes its a 64 Daytona. I didn't know a 280 radiator would have worked, is that aluminum?

It should be on the road here in a few weeks!

You did well Dan. I do not think the Autozone radiators are aluminum for $156.00.

                          Hi Dan,
Did it drop right in? It looks like it belongs there. That's what I want to do with my 60 with a 299.

I had to drill an extra hole on the middle, also I tapped the core support to 5/16 thread and had to use a 1/4 in spacer to keep the core from hitting the wind deflector thing. Other then that it slid right in.

I love it! I wish I had known about that when I did mine. I used a Summit crossflow unversal radiator. It pretty much slid in also, but that looks factory.
