When we brought LuLu the wagon home a few weeks ago, we knew that we would soon have to start making some difficult choices; specifically, which Studebaker(s) were we going to drive to which events? Thankfully, the show we were participating in this weekend was close by, so we left early and made an extra trip back home so that all of the Studebakers could come!

This is officially the first picture of all three of our Studebakers together! Unfortunately, those clouds in the background were only the first of more to come...

The show was put on by the Math Club at Basha High School in Chandler. They called the show, "Beauty in Numbers," and had a decent turn out in spite of it being their first effort in hosting a show and dealing with weather that turned very nasty very quickly. (When the rest of your week has been in the 70's, wind and chilly rain doesn't sit well with Arizonans!)

Even Johny Law appreciates a Studebaker (or three!)

After the show was officially called off (to be rescheduled at a later date) due to the rain, we took our vehicles back home and decided to go out to lunch. We followed a sign advertising classic cars and memorabilia, and found a nice surprise waiting for us at our destination! This Hawk was parked out in front of Steel Dreamz, a classic car dealership. When the owner noticed our interest in the Hawk, he told us a bit about his 80 Studebakers and took us for a tour of the facility. What an amazing place!

This truck belongs to the dealership's owner and boasts an amazing array of modifications. We were surprised and pleased to have had the opportunity to meet so many different people today, all with a definite passion for their vehicles!
