    Wow, those cut-outs in the side would give that thing quite a small turning radius!! Wonder how many tipped over when turned too sharp......

    I keep thinking I see headlights on that front kickboard. Weird me.

      Just shows you that "c" notching the rails did not start with the custom car crowd.

        Chris,

        If you can locate the single horsepower engine required to pull this thing and enough water and Purina horse chow to use as fuel then you could legally drive this thing even without a driver's license. Although I am not sure if the City of South Bend would care for cleaning up the exhaust than would be left on their streets from your single horsepower engine.

          Judging by the front end, it actually looks like it is set up for a 2 horsepower engine. It is also an alternative fuel vehicle since the engine will also burn hay. Connecting rods are missing however. Oops, my mistake, it appears to be lying on the ground alongside the vehicle.

            Would that be a "coal hopper" type bed on that wagon??? That would explain the cut outs for tight turns in delivering to tight places. Keep the pics coming please, really neat!! John
