Hi Chris, You may purchase thin gauge polycarb from McMaster Carr online. .005" thickness will conform to your window shape, perhaps with no heating, as long as the curves are not compound. Not sure of the scale you are building to. .010" also available. 2' X 2' of this is less than $5.00 in either gauge. Cuts easily with a good scissors. Hope this helps. Paul
