motor temp

hello all

Can someone please give me there opinion on what you think a 36 studie dictator rebuilt motor should be at for oil temp and water temp?? The man that rebuilt my motor is saying 40lbs oil AND 180 water, i think that is to high myself so im asking someone else there thoughts!!!

180 degrees is not hot. Later vehicles (1980 and later) run from 200 to 250
