  • Do I need AFB 3540S

    I think this is correct for a 63 289 non R engine,just need someone to give me the final answer. also would like to know what these valves are,part # 1558379 and # 1561327 these are numbers on empty envelopes that were in with carbs. and related carb. parts,thanks for all help!

    3540S is an AFB 4-bbl carb. I had one on a late '62 Hawk.. I believe it is correct for non-R-cars through '63. '64 uses a 3726S

    1558379= Crankcase Ventilation, valve (PCV) Straight type with separate elbow & hose. 63V After Ser# V-586131, P-102726 Canada VC-3284

    1561327= Crankcase Ventilation valve (PCV) 64S (six cylinder cars)
