We have adopted a new Studebaker, Sera.[^] She is a 62 Daytona...
she's a little rough around the edges, but all the panel gaps look really good!

Thanks for all the nice comments.[:I] Getting her driving by Christmass isn't going to happen...we've got too much going on. Maybe by spring. If I'm not too busy Saturday morning, and it's not too cold...I might get out there and give her a bath. I think she'd like that. I'm having trouble getting pics up to Photobucket at the moment...so the interior pics will have to wait. (Imagine that...an IT guy having computer problems!)[:0]

Having a winch would have been nice...but beggars can't be choosers...we used a borrowed truck and a borrowed trailer. I had to replace a tail light lenses and bulb on the trailer, and a whole mess of fuses on the truck! All in the rain of course![xx(]

Nice stude. I love the look of a 62 daytona. I think thats why I have one parked in my shop. Is it the 6 or 8 in that daytona? Best of luck with your find. Gene.

The saga continues. Springfield to Joplin to Searcy and now Fayetteville. Good luck. I hated to see it go, but I just had too much on my plate to get anything done very soon. I really need a running driving car and not a project right now.
Did you think up the name Sera on the way home? BTW I thought we did a pretty quick job loading that thing without a winch. Of course since Joe was doing most of the work it didn't hurt me too much.
