There should be plenty on ebay, are you looking for a certain State, City, Dealer or one that has a Dealer name and the word "Studebaker" or what?

I'm just looking for a plain one. Just the metal bracket that goes against the bumper. I"ll check e-bay, and vendors .

Just go back and edit your post title line to read "License plate bracket" instead of "Frame." That should clarify the subject and get you a better response.
