Lucky if it hits a grand? C'mon Chris! Surely it'll hit a grand and more. $20K, I myself doubt, but a grand? TWO CEs, Chris![:I]

Holy Cow, Chris! You haven't been following CE values![:0]

I bet he wants more than $20k... A year ago the first truck would have been over 15 alone, maybe 8 or 9 for the one with camper. For 10 or so for the pair it would be a steal!

Will be interesting to see what happens...

I can get as emotionally attached as the next guy when it comes to some of the most desirable Studebakers ever built. However, in this economy?...If you already have the equipment...the skill...the parts...it might be possible to recoup your investment in about 25 or so years if the economy rebounds and all fossil fuel vehicles are not outlawed by that time. Otherwise...I will enjoy you guys battling it out on eBay. Now let the bidding begin!

That camper had to be ahead of it's time [)] Look at those slide outs on the side. Slide outs are all the rage now.

That is one STRANGE looking Camper, but you could actually believe that it's a 1937 or so built unit![:0]

The Serial Number Plate appears to be from the Camper, as it reads as if it was not a Pickup, but a Chassis and Cab, that alone is extremely rare for a little 1/4 Ton Coupe Express Car/Truck! [:0]

I wonder if my guess is correct, and Jeff's and others' '37's have a totally different Serial Plate for a Pickup?

I'm going to stick my neck out and say that camper should be restored and in a museum. That's got to be an original camper, or at least something built in the late 40s. Cool.

I agree COMPLETELY. I would LOVE to restore this one--if someone out there buys the pair and wants to sell the camper for a fair price, I'd be willing to talk. Oh, the museum would be my garage and I would actually use the camper for local trips! I LOVE IT!!!!!!
