Well,
Made it to CR about 1-1/2 hrs ago and checked into my hotel. Not the most pleasant trip I am sad to say [V] For some reason I woke up at 3am and could not get to sleep again so I started to pack up for the trip (maybe that is why I woke up, subconcience was watching the clock).
I finally hit the road about 8am. Near the Montecello, MN exit there was a emergency detour due to a overturned fuel truck on I-94 and both directions were detoured north to US 10 and back between Montecello and Rogers. I think that side trip cost me 1-1/2hrs at least. Traffic was real bad. After that, various delays on I-35 and tthick traffic in the construction zones (with attendant idiots) and just generally rough and buck-board road made for a very tiresome trip. Finally got to CR at about 7 for about 11hrs behind the wheel.
I went over to the Meet Hotel to register and took a few pix. Then grabbed some CASO supper from the takeout nearby and came back to my room to take a load off.
Here's a few teaser pixs.

Tomorrow am I need to be up early to wash off the car and unload it. The parking for trucks and trailers is about 1/2 mile away I was told.
More later!
