Cheap '64 sedan in PA

I found this on the Altoona-Johnstown (PA) Craigslist website. While the ad says it is a "Landcruiser", it sure looks like a sedan to me. Doesn't appear too bad from the lone picture, this may be a diamond in the rough.

It is NOT a Cruiser (Land or otherwise) of any type and it CERTAINLY
is not a hardtop. It might still be a good deal however.

I called the number and got a young kid that had mostly one-word answers for me Said the dash is cracked and the floors are "like pretty rusted"... He agreed to take a few more pictures and send them; I'll update if he does.
