  • Jerry Kurtz 1939 Soda Truck

Jerry had his Soda Truck at the Eastern Regional meet last summer and it was sweet. Looked like it rolled right out of the plant. It is also in the Jan '07 Hemmings in case anyone wants to check it out here is a scan of the article.

That truck is so perfect it hurts to look at...in person.

Don't know whether you mean the Atlantic Zone Meet at Martinsburg or not, but when Jerry had it there he added to the authenticity by handing out Coca Colas to the kids (in the old nickle bottles).

I first saw that truck in Charlotte at the International Meet. I wanted to take some pictures of the inside of the cab and asked Jerry if he would mind opening the doors so I could do so. His response was, "go ahead open them up, that's what they're here for." Great guy, with a great truck.
