  • 62 Daytona convertible at car show

I went to a car show today and I was surprised to see this 62 Lark convertible. I have never seen it around Richmond. I couldn't find the owner, but I left my card on his windshield.

I didn't take my Studebaker because I haven't renewed my insurance.

Here is one for Bams, a 89 Lincoln Town Car. They wanted $3,500 for it.

This VW was unusual. It was like a baseball.

There was a 51 Champion Starlight for sale. They wanted $5,200 for it. They said it runs good and has new brakes, voltage reg. and battery. I think I had posted it last fall. If anyone is interested, I have the phone number.

[?] Where was the show, Leonard? How close to you?

It sure is surprising when something like that Daytona surfaces, isn't it? BP

The show was in Ashland, about 12 miles from my house. You never know when a Studebaker shows up.

The convertible looks very nice. Did it have an SDC decal?
        Thanks for posting.

Thanks for thinking of me! Mostly my Lincoln interest is '79 and lower, but I do have at least a passing interest in the newer ones. Still, that's not a bad price for that car if it's in good shape... and it's wanted
