    Studerich, Of course the K body is not the Lark, but as both the Lark and the President were designated as J bodies, I used the K body in a generic sense to denote Hardtop. I think most readers here know the difference between a K and a C, but most may not understand about J's. Just playing loose with letters.

      Sal, I really like how you think. But I think the A pillar should be shorter with the windshield laid back a little so the roof does not look like it is going up hill back to front. You could also look for a roof from a '52 Starlight, it's one of my favorites.

        You probably know, but that "uphill roof" is how the 58's were. Of course with a custom job, anything is possible, I guess it would be considered a gentlemans chop.
