Studebaker Electrics roster

Has anyone ever done a roster for Studebaker electrics? If ever there was a crying need for a roster, that's got to be it. How many are out there? Does anyone know? I often wonder they are given so little press. I'd love to hear and see more of them.

The same could be said for Studebaker Garfords. Out of the thousands that were made I'm pretty sure that only two survive. Does anyone have any ideas how many are left?

Surviving electrics or the reproduction electrics?
There is in the neighborhood of 100 years of history here, and many of these electrics don't make that far. What many people will do or did, is they constructed a representation of an electric from the original plans. Here is a version of the 1902 Studebaker Buggy at the Omaha meet:

Anyone have photos of Carroll Studebaker's electrics? He had two at Gettysburg 1980. I have them on slides but no way to scan them.

It graced the front of the meet issue of Turnibg Wheels. I'll find and scan and also post a picture of one I know of in Kingsport TN. Also know where there id another one in a restoration shop near me.

For those that are interested the other Studebaker Electric Senate transporter is located in the Swiegart Museum located in Huntingdon, PA. It is alive and well and on display.

There is a 1902 Studebaker Electric Wagon for sale near Seattle, but is really rough and missing the motor from what I understand. It is listed on the Seattle Craigslist.

I only meant a roster of the originals, but there's no reason why a roster couldn't also be made of reproductions. Maybe there are more than I thought. I know the electrics are more common than studebaker Garfords, but that's not saying much.

I think my favorites are the open models.

There's a "real" 02/04 electric buggy in a museum here in The Dalles, Oregon. It's part of a collection belonging to the local American Legion chapter. They used to run it in parades (up through the 50's or early 60's), and it's been brush painted yellow and looks to have been jury rigged many times to keep it "running". The legion has fallen on hard times and the collection was recently sold to a private party with the agreement the cars would continue to be displayed in the museum. They've started restoration on one or two of the cars, but haven't done anything with the Studebaker yet.
