IT got it wrong TWICE ! Some plates say Studbaker others say: Studibaker !

All computer designed from clues from 1950's Cars, many Foreign, but Nothing is Real. So, what is the point of doing that ?
I thought modern Computers were supposed to be smart, this one isn't.

One thing the AI creator must be cognisant is that AI looks at what you have asked for, and what you have posted, or written in the past.
It is just a mathematical comparison of multiple sources of information, including yours.
Is it strange? Yes. Is it evil? No. Can it be abused? Sure.
But they said the same thing about the telegraph, the radio, the television, the Internet.. Yada yada yada.
Those that tend to dislike it are usually afraid of the technology. Just like previous technological advancements.
Oh, but nobody in the Studebaker world is like that, eh?

I'm quite sure that the personal license had no real kinship to Studebaker the car. It was rather a personalized plate based on the macho connotation of the word "stud." This would resonate with more then half of the people viewing the car anyway, most of whom don't recognize Studebaker the name or the car that carried the name.

By the way I like the car models that are pictured, some of which exude class and are nicely restored. I believe that they are mid 50's Peugeots. Anyone care to comment on the substance in the video?

It's less me being afraid of it, and more of me being annoyed by it. AI has been way, WAY overhyped and has way underdelivered... They've been breathlessly pushing it as going to find a cure for cancer and end world hunger, all before lunchtime, without breaking a sweat. The reality is that it's able to generate memes, cut and paste a woman's head onto a musclebound man's body with 13 fingers and 11 toes, poop out inane and inaccurate content that pollutes various social networking sites, and sort of be a solution in search of a problem.

Our video in point is a particularly bad example... I've seen almost passable stuff coming out in more recent months, but that often has the troublesome issue of stealing human created content and rehashing it slightly or adding fake artifacts (like you'd find in a filmstrip) to squeeze it by without getting a copyright strike. This video is using AI created cars that would look off in an insurance advertisement, doing all of the annoying jump cuts/zooming/jiggling the "camera", being extensively hyperbolic and verbose while pulling its information ex-recto, pronouncing the same word three different ways and screwing up the cadence you'd expect in normal speech. And, characteristic of the AI slop everyone is grumbling about, this video has nothing for views, user engagement... it's mainly taking up space.

Sure, it can do some interesting things if it's carefully manipulated and prodded by a human... but I can't help but think that AI has missed its true calling... Perhaps it would be better off repurposed to handle the crappy tasks no one wants to do, like washing dishes, scrubbing the toilet... to give us more time to do the fun/creative things.
                      Whirling dervish of misinformation.

Says a lot about human-kind that a wonderful tool like the internet and google that could be such a great source of knowledge, is turning into a great source of bull excrement. Every day it gets worse and AI seems to be the accelerater. AI is abbreviation for Artificial Ignorance, isn't it?
